February is the month of celebrating love and relationships. Now that February is coming to a close, we feel that this is a good time to reflect on healthy love and healthy attitudes towards relationships.
Love is what you give, not what you get

Relationships are a work in progress and constantly evolve. Two people in a healthy relationships will take an interest, accept and respect the other, and meet each other’s needs. Sometimes, shifting your focus to what you’re putting into the relationship is the key to a fulfilling relationship.
